CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no worries — we just ask that you please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in your deposit being forfeited. No-call / no-show appointments will also lose their deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once if you provide 24+ hour notice. This policy helps us make sure every client gets the time and attention they deserve. No refunds will be issued for services, treatments, medications, packages, or retail products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
